What can change the price?
Frame movement, stripped fixing points, concealed damage and matching an existing trim profile can change the scope. Share a photo and the number of doors or damaged sections. A new door, structural repair or full-room trim installation needs a separate quote.

Door, hinge and trim repairs
A door that catches, a loose hinge or damaged trim can affect both the function and appearance of a room. Describe where the problem occurs and whether it is constant or comes and goes. That detail helps us understand the repair you need before discussing the work.
Bring several small jobs together
If there are repairs in more than one room, send a single list rather than treating each item as a separate project. Door adjustments, trim repairs and other small fixes can be considered together. Include the number of items and identify anything that needs attention first.
What to include in your request
Tell us what is damaged, where it is located and what you have already tried. For doors, mention whether they stick, fail to latch or have loose hardware. For trim, describe whether the damage is a small section or extends around a doorway or room. You can email photos with your enquiry.
