Remove a short accessible run of old sealant and reseal around one fixture on a sound, dry surface.

Remove and replace accessible perimeter sealant around one standard bath or shower tray; excludes grout and water-damage repairs.

What can change the price?
A task list is not a whole-property renovation or an unlimited package. The number of rooms, repair sizes, paint requirements, access arrangements and drying time determine what fits in a visit. Flooring damage, larger repairs and ongoing maintenance arrangements need a specific quote.

A household repair list
List the room, the problem and the result you want for each item. Typical requests may include door and trim repairs, silicone and caulking, wall patching, painting touch-ups, flooring repairs, assembly and mounting. Identify the most urgent items and mention anything that affects access or daily use of the space.
Between-tenant touch-ups
For a rental turnover, describe which areas need patching, painting or repairs and when access is available. A room-by-room list helps distinguish local touch-ups from larger work. Include your preferred date, but remember that a quote enquiry does not reserve a visit or confirm a completion date.
Property manager repair requests
If you are collecting requests for a property, give each task a location and description. Mention access arrangements and the person who can clarify the scope. Several small jobs can be discussed together; the details determine which tasks are suitable to combine in a visit.
